Dedicated means that your L-One IT expert team only works on your software project. They work deeply into your business logic and build up know-how for your company.

The IT experts are ready to support you in the long term. If a team member plans to leave L-One, we will provide the successor with comprehensive training. Your project will continue seamlessly.

In addition to developers, our IT expert teams usually also include quality assurance managers, engineering managers and tech leads.

Team extension is the right service model if you want to accelerate your software development or if your team lacks expertise in a specific area.

You retain full control over the software development process.

For teams with more than three L-One developers, we recommend including an L-One Engineering Manager. He or she coordinates the L-One development team, defines work packages and thus ensures 100% performance and quality at all times.

We will put together a dedicated team of L-One IT experts for you in 4 to 6 weeks.

If your company develops software together with a service provider, this is an important question.

Unless otherwise contractually agreed, the following applies: whoever wrote the code holds the rights to the software as the "author".

At L-One, all contracts are legally compliant: The rights to the software that we develop together with our customers belong to the client.

One important piece of information in advance: you only pay for the days that our development team works on your project. We cover the costs for recruiting, administration, training and infrastructure.

We invoice the days worked on a monthly basis via service vouchers. This means you always have an overview of the costs.

We form a dedicated team of at least two L-One developers for each customer.

This allows us to build up long-term project expertise together with your in-house team - independently of individual developers. L-One manages this know-how for you.

This means that if a developer from your team leaves L-One, the other team members will provide the successor with comprehensive training. Your project continues seamlessly.

No, our service counts as a software development service.

Although our dedicated development teams in the team extension service model work directly with our customers' in-house teams and take part in internal meetings, they are employed by L-One.

You only pay for the days on which the developers work for you. You do not pay for vacation and sick leave - unlike your own employees.

We take care of disciplinary and organizational issues such as training and salary. If necessary, in consultation with you, for example with vacation requests.

Do you want a project off your plate? Outsourcing means that we take over a (partial) project completely for you - from concept to release. This includes all relevant services:

No, that is not possible for legal reasons. We have founded our own company for our location in Syria, with which we have concluded an exclusive contract: The employees of L-One LLC in Damascus work exclusively for projects of the German L-One GmbH. In return, the LLC is allowed to use the "L-One" employer brand, which has a very good reputation in Damascus.

L-One Systems is based in Darmstadt in the Rhine-Main region. From here, we have been building bridges for you to top IT talent in a poorly explored, highly attractive offshore location since 2018: Our remote developer team works from Damascus (Syria), i.e. "offshore".
