    Yes, with AI you can build (or have built) an impressive amount on your own today. AI tools make it possible to create initial applications, prototypes or internal solutions in record time. As soon as systems grow, get integrated or become business-critical, however, „pieced-together“ solutions often no longer hold up. Typical consequences: unstable architecture, hard-to-maintain code and rising follow-up costs. This is exactly where AI experiments diverge from professional software engineering. In the end the decisive question remains: who takes responsibility for quality, operations and ongoing development? Our answer: yes to AI – but with a clear engineering mindset. We use AI consistently to develop faster and more efficiently. At the same time we make sure that architecture, code quality and scalability are right from the start. We do this with experienced software architects and developers.

    A true fixed price only works when goals, scope and interfaces are clearly defined. Otherwise, change requests, disputes or quality issues are almost inevitable. That is exactly why we deliberately separate scoping from implementation. In the first step we define the project scope together, based on your business goals. In the second step we work out the detailed scope of services including technical specifics. Only then, in the third step, do we calculate the fixed price for the implementation.
